Freeflow Projects leads site operations for the festival’s centrepiece venue, The Stadium — home to the biggest and tallest festival main stage built in Australia, redesigned and rebuilt bigger each year.
2023 – Spirit of the Wolf
Freeflow Projects project-managed the installation and bump-out of the largest festival stage built in Australia at the time, delivering a technically complex build safely and on schedule for staging partner Stagekings.
2024 – Games of Destiny
Freeflow Projects once again took the lead on site operations, this time for a festival spanning over 40 artists across three areas, working with staging partner Integratd. Our expertise centred on The Stadium, home to the largest and tallest festival stage ever constructed in Australia – 5 metres taller than the year before.
2025 – Return of the Circuz
Freeflow Projects was proud to be back at ENGIE Stadium, providing dedicated site and project management for the main stage – once again home to the largest festival stage ever constructed in Australia. With over 40 artists performing across three areas, ensuring every technical detail was executed with precision was an immense responsibility. Being involved in projects like this allows us to keep pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in the outdoor spectacle space, delivered in close partnership with staging partner Integratd and event organiser for HSU Events.
2026 – Level Up
Clif is leading Freeflow Projects’ involvement in the 2026 edition, Knockout Outdoor: Level Up, again in partnership with Integratd – continuing the run of ever-larger main stage builds for this October’s event.
Freeflow Projects returns each year to push the boundaries of what a festival main stage can be and with Level Up already promising the tallest stage yet, that partnership shows no sign of slowing down.
