Freeflow Projects is proud to deliver the production, technical direction and operational leadership behind both the inaugural 2025 festival and its expanded 2026 edition.
2025 – A landmark debut
The first festival introduced an intimate three-day programme of gala performances, repertoire by Verdi, Puccini and Rossini, open rehearsals and artist conversations — all complemented by Millthorpe’s local food and wine. Freeflow Projects oversaw end-to-end planning, creative producing, technical delivery and onsite operations to establish the festival’s identity and artistic standard.
2026 – Building on a strong foundation
Following a successful launch, the 2026 festival grows the vision with an enhanced artistic line-up and a broader production footprint. Our team continues to lead the development, production design, artist coordination and site operations, working closely with partners and the local community to shape a sustainable, world-class regional event.
