Held annually at Darling Harbour, the festival sees more than 3,000 dragon boat racers take to the water as crowds line Cockle Bay Wharf to watch the races unfold.
Beyond day-to-day event delivery, Freeflow Projects produced the opening and closing ceremonies – bringing together performance, ceremony and celebration to bookend the racing and give the festival its sense of occasion.
